Do I need to book in advance?

At Moto & Bike Rent Playa del Inglés, we usually have bicycles available. However, for special models or specific sizes, we recommend making a reservation. You can book online, via WhatsApp (+34 653 953 736), or by phone (+34 928 773 331).

Which pedal systems are available for road bikes?
At Moto & Bike Rent Gran Canaria you can choose between SPD, SPD-SL, LOOK Kéo, and standard flat pedals.
Do you offer hotel delivery and pick-up service?

Yes, we provide delivery and pick-up service to hotels depending on availability. Outside our opening hours, an extra fee may apply depending on the hotel location.

Can I pay the deposit in cash instead of a credit card?

For road, city, and trekking bikes we accept cash deposits. For e-bikes, however, a valid credit card is required.

What if I have a problem during my cycling route?

At Moto & Bike Rent, we never leave our customers unattended. If an issue occurs, we provide assistance or pick-up service. Depending on your location, it might take a bit longer, but we always find the best solution.

Can I book a bike by phone?

Yes, especially for short-term rentals. You can also make a quick booking via WhatsApp.

Is it mandatory to wear a helmet in Gran Canaria?

According to European regulations, helmets are mandatory in certain cases. At Moto & Bike Rent Playa del Inglés, a helmet is always included in the rental price.
